Basic Rentals
Every rental has access to our 500sqft lobby area that can be left as is for a lounge/ relaxed gathering area separated from your actual event and festivities. The lobby can be cleared and used for additional event square footage for additional fee of $100.00. All event rentals will also include access to both bathrooms and our isolated Kitchenette.

This rental will include tables, chairs, runners, linens and any items found in our "Something Borrowed" closet. We recommend this for events expecting a max of 60-80 guests that don't need additional space for dancing or other activities.

Additional hours are sold in two-hour increments for $150.00. Our Buit-in bar can be accessed for $200.00 and the purchase of staffing package. If bar access is included in the rental package the $200.00 fee is waived and requires staffing package purchase only.
