The Marquee is a show-stopping sidewalk entrance, sheltered beneath the venue’s original cinema marquee and ready to be customized with your event name, wedding date, or a playful message in glowing letters. At its heart stands a vintage-inspired ticket booth, a charming nod to the building’s golden-age roots, flanked by elegant double doors that open into the celebration beyond. Perfect for valet drop-offs, a stylish cocktail hour transition, or that unforgettable final getaway photo, The Marquee covered sidewalk sets the stage for your event’s first—and last—impression to feel like pure Hollywood magic.
The Lobby is a 500-square-foot, gathering space included with every rental. Designed to capture the magic of the silver screen, it provides additional lounging space for guests or can be cleared for additional square footage for events. A cozy fireplace, lounge seating area and coat-check are highlighted by soft ambient lighting that creates a warm, inviting prelude to any event. Perfect for mingling, relaxing, or snapping red-carpet-worthy photos.
The Vanities transforms bridal prep into a glamorous, movie-star moment. Styled like a vintage Hollywood dressing room, it features three individual vanity stations, and beautiful vintage accents. Framed portraits of cinema and beauty Icons, and plenty of lighting set the scene, making every bride feel like the leading lady of her own love story. It’s a private, cinematic retreat where the final touches feel like pre-shoot pampering. This space is included in some rentals but can be reserved for any event as a paid add-on.
The Mezzanine is a discreet, upstairs lounge designed exclusively for grooms and their party. Completely separated from the main venue and accessible through its own private entrance, it ensures the bride enjoys full access to all other spaces without the risk of a first look before the aisle. The Wakea Ballroom is a stunning 2,000-square-foot venue designed to host gatherings of up to 200 depending on seating style and guest accommodations. Its architectural charm shines through elegant columns and richly textured walls, with one side featuring a striking stretch of German smear brick for a timeless, cinematic backdrop. The space can be seamlessly divided down the middle, allowing for more intimate celebrations or creating two distinct areas to transition between moments—such as a ceremony and reception—without missing a beat. Whether open and expansive or thoughtfully sectioned, The Wakea Ballroom offers a dramatic yet adaptable setting worthy of a feature film.
